Ms. Krovitz has substantial background and experience in commercial leasing of all kinds and devoted a substantial portion of her day to day practice to such matters. Ms. Krovitz has represented a number of prominent regional and national landlords on whose behalf she has negotiated leases with numerous national corporations as tenants. In addition, Ms. Krovitz has substantial expertise in the acquisition and sale of real property and in the field of construction law and has worked on many commercial developments, construction projects and environmental remediation projects.
